1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which Hearthline ("we", "us", "our"), located at 71 Nong Kham Road, Mueang, Chiang Rai 57000, Thailand, offers its educational workshops, organising sessions, and community membership to participants ("you").

By booking a session, registering for a membership, or submitting an enquiry through our website, you agree to the terms described here. If anything is unclear, please reach out to us at [email protected] before proceeding.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the courts with jurisdiction over Chiang Rai.

2. Nature of Our Services

Hearthline provides general educational workshops and organisational resources focused on family communication skill-building and household record-keeping. Our three current offerings are:

• Heart-to-Heart Conversation Guide Workshop A skills-based workshop with take-home prompt cards. Educational content only; not individual counselling or advice.
• Family Memory & Records Folder A guided organising session for compiling existing family documents. Strictly administrative; no professional advice is provided.
• Caring Community Membership Ongoing workshops, printable guides, and a peer circle for mutual encouragement. All discussion stays educational and supportive.

Nothing offered by Hearthline constitutes individual professional advice of any kind — including counselling, mediation, financial, legal, or health advice. Participants who need personal guidance in any of these areas are encouraged to consult qualified professionals and relevant official bodies.

3. Booking & Payment

Session places and memberships are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Current prices are:

• Heart-to-Heart Conversation Guide Workshop ฿3,600
• Family Memory & Records Folder ฿6,900
• Caring Community Membership ฿11,700

We reserve the right to adjust prices with reasonable advance notice. The price applicable to your booking is the one confirmed at the time of payment.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

• More than 7 days before the session: full transfer to a future date, or a credit note valid for 12 months.
• 3–7 days before the session: rescheduling to an available date at no additional charge.
• Fewer than 3 days before the session: we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule, though this cannot be guaranteed.

If Hearthline needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified promptly and offered a full transfer or credit note.

5. Participant Conduct

Our workshops are designed to be a warm, respectful space for everyone. We ask all participants to:

• Engage with kindness and consideration toward facilitators and fellow participants.
• Keep any personal information shared by others in the group confidential.
• Treat workshop materials, templates, and guides as for personal use only.
• Respect that facilitators offer general educational content and are not in a position to provide personal advice.

Hearthline reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct causes discomfort or disruption to others. In such cases, no refund or credit will be issued.

6. Workshop Materials

All handouts, prompt cards, templates, printable guides, and digital resources provided through Hearthline sessions and the Community Membership are for the personal use of the registered participant only.

They may not be reproduced, shared publicly, resold, or redistributed in any form without our prior written consent. This helps us continue developing new resources for our community.

7. Scope & Limitations

Hearthline's workshops and sessions are educational in nature. We are not responsible for, and do not make any representations about, outcomes that participants may experience in their personal lives as a result of attending.

We do not offer, and participants should not interpret any content as, counselling, mediation, legal guidance, financial advice, or any other form of regulated professional service. Participants seeking support in these areas are encouraged to contact qualified professionals and the relevant official bodies in their jurisdiction.

To the extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Hearthline's liability in connection with its services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking or membership period.

8. Website Use

Our website is provided for information and enquiry purposes. While we take care to keep content accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is current at all times. Please contact us directly to confirm session availability and pricing before making plans.

Links to third-party websites may appear on our site for convenience. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Where updates are material, we will notify active Members by email. Continuing to use our services after any update indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
